1. Who These Terms Cover

These Terms apply when you use the CGILighthouse website, contact the studio, request a quote, or start a CGI production discussion with us. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and only for legitimate business or creative enquiries.

2. Services

CGILighthouse provides CGI production services, including product 3D modelling, furniture PDP image packs, isolated renders, lifestyle imagery, GLB assets, AR-ready assets, 360 spins and catalogue visuals. Prices shown on the website are starting prices and may change after review of product complexity, reference material, delivery format and schedule.

3. Quotes, Orders And Payment

A project starts only after we confirm scope, deliverables, timeline and commercial terms in writing. Unless a written quote says otherwise, quoted fees do not include third-party costs, marketplace validation, unusual optimization work, urgent delivery, custom configurators, taxes or payment processing fees.

4. Client Materials

You confirm that you have the right to send us product drawings, references, brand assets, CAD files, images, logos, materials and other inputs needed for the project. You remain responsible for the accuracy of dimensions, product information and legal permissions in the materials you provide.

5. Deliverables And Usage Rights

Unless agreed differently in writing, you receive a commercial license to use the final paid deliverables for your product marketing, ecommerce, catalogues, presentations and marketplace listings. Working files, scene files, source assets, presets, internal process files and unpublished drafts remain CGILighthouse production materials unless they are expressly included in the quote.

6. Revisions

Included revisions, if any, are defined in the quote or project confirmation. Changes caused by missing references, inaccurate dimensions, product redesigns, new creative direction or new delivery requirements may require a revised quote.

7. Website Content

The website content is provided for general information and sales enquiry purposes. We work to keep it clear and current, but it may contain previews, estimates or portfolio examples that do not guarantee a particular result for every project.

8. Portfolio Use

Unless you request confidentiality in writing before the project begins, we may reference non-confidential completed work in our portfolio, case studies, proposals and social channels after public launch or after your written approval.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or infringing materials, or use the site to transmit harmful code, spam or deceptive content.

10. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CGILighthouse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed email delivery, third-party platforms, marketplace requirements, browser compatibility or materials supplied by a client.
